From Hwy 41(Quick
Directions): Go east on 57th 1 mile and turn right on 5th Street
East. Make your next immediate right and park in one of the parking
spots to the right of the sign that says OFFICE. Walk up the steps
and knock on the sliding glass door (our office)
From Hwy 41(Detailed
Directions): Proceed North from Sarasota or
South from Bradenton to the intersection of Highway 41 and 57th
Avenue. The Red Lobster Restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, Staples, & a
Boat US are all at this intersection on the same side of Hwy 41 as
the Townhouse Park Apartments. A shell gas station and a 7-ELEVEN
are also on the other side of Hwy 41 at this intersection. Head
east on 57th Avenue for about 1 mile and turn right onto 5th Street
East. (EAST is important in 5th Street East. When you're coming
from Hwy 41, the street numbers are going to go down and you must
go "down" through zero and the back "up" to 5th to get to 5th
Street East.) There is a Plaza with 4 or 5 stores at the corner
and a sign with 5TH ST PLAZA at the top of the sign. After your
right onto 5th Street East, make your next immediate right. This is
our dead end street and it will immediately bend around to the
right under several large, old , live oak trees. Our office sign is
around this corner, on your right. Please walk up the steps and
knock on the sliding glass door and we would be happy to show you
one of the apartments and tell you all about them.
From I-75: Take the Hwy 70
Bradenton exit and
drive west until you reach Hwy 41. Turn left and head south a few
blocks towards 57th Avenue and follow the instructions above.
